Swisse Auto-Renewal Subscription Program - Terms

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the Chinese version shall prevail.


If you sign up for our Auto-Renewal Subscription, Swisse products will be delivered to your designated shipping address every month according to your desired order quantity.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have successfully signed up for the Auto-Renewal Subscription. You can manage, review or make changes to your subscription via the link inserted in the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription by logging in to your account and clicking “My Account” > “Manage My Subscription”.

1. Autopay

  • Once the order is completed, you agree to authorize Swisse’s Auto-Renewal Subscription to charge the recurring payment amount (total amount displayed in order summary) every month from your registered credit card.
  • The order date will be the date you successfully sign up for the Auto-Renewal Subscription, and will be counted automatically according to the Auto-Renewal Subscription cycle. The payment date will be the same as the order date.

2. Shipping/delivery cost & arrangement

  • Once the order is completed, the schedule for the first delivery of your Auto-Renewal Subscription will be the same as that of other regular orders (please refer to the “Important Notes for Online Ordering and Delivery Service” for more information). The order date of the Auto-Renewal Subscription thereafter (please refer to the Delivery Schedule) will be the same as the delivery date.
  • The delivery cost will be the same as that of other regular orders (please refer to the “Important Notes for Online Ordering and Delivery Service” for more information). If the total amount of your order reaches HK$350, you are entitled free delivery service.

3. Change of “Auto-Renewal Subscription” delivery information

  • You can submit your request of changing related information before the next order date at “My account” > “My orders”. E.g. To make changes on your next subscription, please submit your request before the next order date. Requests submitted after the next order date will be processed and take effect starting from the cycle after the next order.

4. Cancellation of “Auto-Renewal Subscription”

  • Cancellation of “Recurring order” can only be accepted at the 4th cycle and onwards. The minimum commitment period of the Auto-Renewal Subscription is 3 cycles, meaning you are required to pay for the subscription for a minimum of 3 times.
  • “Recurring order” can be cancelled starting from the 4th cycle of your subscription, unbound to any contracts. Please submit your cancellation request before the order date (subject to Delivery Schedule) at “My account” > “My orders”. A confirmation email will be sent to you afterwards. If you are unable to submit your cancellation request before the order date (subject to Delivery Schedule), the charged payment for “Auto-Renewal Subscription” will not be returned nor refunded.
  • If you wish to order again, whether the same products or other products, the Auto-Renewal Subscription cycle will be restarted and treated as a new cycle. The minimum commitment period of the Auto-Renewal Subscription is 3 cycles.
